Boligforeningen er i gang med at bygge boliger i Lisbjerg specielt med henblik på mennesker som er kemisk overfølsomme, herunder elektro-overfølsomme. Det er første gang i Danmark og anden gang i Europa, at der opføres boliger, som er direkte tiltænkt mennesker med mangeartet kemikalie-overfølsomhed herunder EHS.
