The Environmental Health Trust's latest Freedom of Information requests have revealed that the Federal Communications Commission hid test results showing that radiation levels in smartphones tested in its own laboratories exceeded federal radiation limits when tested in positions close to the body, e.g. in a pants pockets.
Withdrawal of the EMPORIA smart 4 from the French market🔗
Year 2024 begins with a new SAR exceedance notice for the EMPORIA smart 4 for the elderly, which was launched in 2021. Within a few weeks, the Austrian manufacturer was penalised twice in connection with the EMPORIA simplicity 4. There are now 46 models of cell phones, identified as dangerous to the health of users.
Phonegate Alert Ready to Take Legal Action against ANFR’s Failings🔗
French National Agency for Frequencies (ANFR) apparently failed to inform the EU about 42 cell phone models exceeding Specific Absorption Rate threshold. PhoneGate, our partner, has repeatedly contacted the agency for a response, but to no avail. Phonegate is ready to take legal action once again to seek liability of ANFR.
