ESC ist ein Allianz europäischer Organisationen, die sich für die Reduktion der Gesundheits-
und Umweltauswirkungen moderner Kommunikation und des Stromverbrauchs einsetzen.
Wir sind nicht gegen Technologie, aber für sichere Technologie und sichere Verbindungen.

Recht und Politik

Die Arbeitsgruppe wurde beim zweiten europäischen EHS-Treffen in Rièzes am 18. Juni 2023 gegründet.

Ziele:

Überprüfung bestehender und vorgeschlagener EU- und nationaler Rechtsvorschriften zur Entwicklung und zum Einsatz von Technologien, die EMF emittieren, um Bereiche zu identifizieren, in denen potenzielle negative Auswirkungen auf Menschen, Tiere und die Umwelt zu befürchten sind.

Robuste Argumente mit Belegen zu konstruieren, um die Unzulänglichkeiten und potenziellen Risiken jedes einzelnen problematischen Abschnitts der Gesetzgebung aufzuzeigen.

Formulierung und Verbreitung von schriftlichem Material:

  • Information der Öffentlichkeit, lokaler und nationaler Behörden sowie Politiker über die Risiken und Mängel bestehender und künftiger Rechtsvorschriften.
  • Lobbyarbeit bei Politikern, um geeignete Gesetzesänderungen zur Beseitigung der Risiken und Einführung entsprechender Schutzmaßnahmen zu initiieren.
  • Für eine mögliche Verwendung in künftigen Rechtsstreitigkeiten, sofern zutreffend/erforderlich.

Aktueller Schwerpunkt:

Small cells - GIA

Sensibilisierung für die Unzulänglichkeiten und potenziellen Risiken des aktuellen Entwurfs des Gigabit-Infrastrukturgesetzes (GIA) und Lobbyarbeit, um vor dessen Verabschiedung angemessene Änderungen zu erreichen. Die Arbeitsgruppe wird dieses Gesetzgebungsverfahren bis zur Verabschiedung, Änderung oder Ablehnung des GIA verfolgen.
