Safety Card - Presentation to ESC members
Dear ESC member,
ESC has created a very special offer for you and all your members.
We call it a Safety Card. It is a small card the size of a credit card, which you can carry with you at all times.
The card explains in an official way that you are EHS and cannot tolerate any kind of radiation.
You can use it when traveling, going to the doctor or to the hospital and in many other situations where the card will explain your difficulty in an easy way.
See example below.
We already have a deal with a printer who will print it with your personal data on it as soon as we can give him an order for 100 cards. The card when printed will be sent to you by snail mail.
To get this card just three simple actions are required.
1) Fill the following form with your details.
2) To help us covering the costs, please make a donation of 10 € or more to Europeans for Safe Connections (Bank Account No.: BE15 5230 8150 4630 BIC code: TRIOBEBB) indicating as motive «ESC CARD»
3) Spread the word as much as possible. We must reach 100 or more submissions. Also, this card is a useful way to make EHS known, along with Europeas for Safe Connections.
