    6. Information on EMF-exposure on the area of the Conference Center Lebensbogen:

This coference-place is located in a small white zone. The only significant radiation levels measurable are emitted by the airport (radar) with 8 km distance. All Wifi and DECT-phones of the place will be turned off for us. But there is a public café where public guests might not want to turn off their phones. The conference rooms are about 30 to 60 meters away from the café and protected by several walls.

We measured the whole place and almost every single room with Cornet & Gigahertz Solutions devices:

    • Low frequency (=due to electricity) exposure is very low, so low we were not able to measure it.
    • High frequency (=due to wireless communication devices) exposure is estimated in the “reasonable” range, even for people usually expressing symptoms. See details belo
      • Site for tents: 0,1 – 0,7µW/m² and every 6 seconds a peak of 10 µW/m².
      • Inside the conference-rooms: 0,1 – 0,5µW/m² and every 6 seconds 15 µW/m² peaks
      • Sleeping-rooms: they are different: 0,1 – 0,5µW/m² and every 6 seconds 4-30µW/m² peaks.

Please inform us, if you need a room that is particularly low in exposure to high frequency.

    7. Terms and conditions

By registering for the EHS Conference, you agree to abide by all conference terms and policies: You also understand that your lodging and meal requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    1. The use of wireless devices (Wi-Fi, cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, Bluetooth hearing aids or other smart devices) is prohibited on the entire premises.
    2. Electrosensitive people often suffer from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity), so substances containing fragrances (fabric softeners, strong-smelling creams, shampoos, perfumed deodorants, perfumes, etc.) are avoided and low-fragrance laundry is used wherever possible.
    3. In order to respect the privacy of all participants, no photos or videos will be taken and no reports/postings will be published on social media by participants. The organizers will take photos of the event and record the conferences, which will be made available a few months later.

By registering, I agree to the above binding rules, which aim to create a safe environment for this meeting in which everyone should feel comfortable at all times.
